We use only extra-large eggs cooked to order. Breakfast combinations all include home-fried potatoes, your choice of toast, biscuits, or an English muffin. Biscuits and gravy may be substituted for potatoes and toast on any order. Try Margie´s favorite – grilled biscuits! Our omelettes are BIG – made with at least three eggs, maybe four, but don’t worry, you can order a smaller “Beginners Size” of any omelette listed below for a $1.00 less.
